Meeting Room Rental Rates:

The rates below include free wireless internet access and power for attendees.

 

Conference Room (capacity: 72 classroom seating)

  • ¼ day (up to 2 hours) rate: $200

  • ½ day (2-4 hours) rate: $350

  • Full day (4-8 hours) rate: $450

  • After hours HVAC fee: $50/hour (covers heating/cooling)

 

Board Room (capacity: 14 large table seating)

  • ¼ day (up to 2 hours) rate: $75

  • ½ day (2-4 hours) rate: $150

  • Full day (4-8 hours) rate: $250

The Board Room is equipped with a large TV/monitor for presentations in addition to a white board. Microphones are not needed in the Board Room due to its intimate size, however, other a la carte items are designated with an asterisk* below.

 

Note: The Conference Room and Board Room are available Monday-Friday. Evening meetings may incur additional fees.

BTC Basic A/V Package – $75

This package is appropriate for simple presentations and includes:
 

  • 1 wireless microphone (handheld or lapel)

  • Surround sound speakers

  • Audio mixing/channel balance

  • Use of podium

  • Technical assistance and set-up

 

BTC Standard A/V Package – $150

This package accommodates simple presentations in addition to state-of-the-art visual display and includes:

  • 1 wireless microphone (handheld or lapel)

  •  Surround sound speakers

  • Audio mixing/channel balance

  • Use of podium

  • 1 4500L LCD projector

  • 1 projection screen

  • Technical assistance and set-up


BTC Ultimate A/V Package – $300

This package allows for full access to the room’s state-of-the-art technology, implementing multi-screen projection and video presentation.  This package includes:

  • 2 wireless microphones (handheld or lapel)

  • Surround sound speakers

  • Audio mixing/channel balance

  • Use of podium

  • 3  4500L LCD projectors

  • 3 projection screens

  • Technical assistance and set-up

Unless specified, all items below can be ordered in addition to an A/V package

There are a total of three projectors available.

This display monitor is only available in the Board Room. Monitor can be connected with a laptop for presentation viewing.

Blu-ray DVD Player - FREE, upon request

HD Video Recorder - $200

Your presentation/seminar can be recorded as an MP4 video file and saved on a USB flash drive. Client must provide USB flash drive (16GB recommended).

HD Video Recorder plus DVD production, DVD menu creation and online posting - $500 +$10 per DVD

Your presentation/seminar can be recorded as an MP4 video file saved on a USB flash drive. In addition, a DVD will be produced containing a basic viewing menu. Multiple DVDs can also be created for your attendees. The video can be uploaded to a third party streaming/hosting site of your choosing (i.e. YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). Client must provide USB flash drive (16GB recommended).

*Polycom Teleconferencing (audio only) - $50 +$0.15 per person, per minute

Connect your remote meeting attendees via conference call using a Polycom system.

*Flip Chart Package - $45

This package includes a flip chart, markers and a display easel.

*Photocopies - $0.05 per black/white copy, $0.25 per color copy (pricing for single-sided pages)

The first 25 black/white, single-sided copies are free of charge. Additional copies and/or color copies will incur a charge.
